• Copy trading involves automatic replication of trades from master accounts
• Past performance of master accounts is not indicative of future results
• You acknowledge that copy trading involves significant financial risk
• We do not guarantee profits or successful trading outcomes
• You are responsible for setting appropriate risk parameters
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue copy trading services

5. Trading Account Requirements

• You must link valid trading accounts to use copy trading services
• Trading accounts must be with approved brokers
• You must provide accurate account information
• We may verify trading account details with your broker
• You must maintain sufficient funds in your trading accounts
• We reserve the right to reject or suspend trading accounts

6. Fees and Payments

• Our fees are outlined in our pricing plans and are subject to change
• Fee changes will be communicated in advance
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
• You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of our services
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

7. User Responsibilities

• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Do not use our services for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our platform
• Do not transmit viruses or malicious code through our platform
• Do not use automated tools to access our platform without permission
